Bruxism ( teeth grinding )

Ive suffered many years with bruxism and have been taking these suppliments for quit a while now (link below)
which has helped me a lot with controling it, so thought i would share with others that m.ay have the same problem.

i'm going to read tis with great interest i don't grind more like clash my teeth together if that makes sense the retainer helps alot sometimes my jaw just snaps shut and really hurts dentist says it's stress my jaw sometimes when i am resting seems to click anyone else had that?

Hi, i hope you find it helpful as i do, my jaw always clicks, when im eating, yawning, etc, my dentist told me there was nothing they can do to stop the grinding other than the shields, i have tried the soft and the hard neither helped it made me do it more, so after endlessly looking for more info i came accross this link, and started taking them and before long i had stoppe, i cant say completly but near enough, so much better than before, so thought i would help others with the same problem, hope it does help. xx

Brilliant thanks, I'm a terrible grinder, to the extent that my gums are all bulged and misshapen. My dentist said she'd never seen anything as bad on a young person!
I have a gumshield as it would be unbearable without it but I still have daily headaches

I also have the clicky jaw which you have as well, just wish i could destress and get rid of it all!

i have a terrible clicking jaw...i saw my dentist about it and he told me i dont have any cartilidge in my jaw joints because i have ground it all away + i have ground my teeth down so the back ones were meeting...i got this fixed yesterday...he built up my incisors so my teeth dont meet anymore so im hoping it will help with my jaw

You oughtt o try the herbal pills tho, they may help you, my jaw is the same and if it gts too bad ive got to have an operation to re-build it.
