does anyone know any good recipes for veggie burgers - i want to bake or grill them, not fry...thanks!

Whilst I have never cooked any of these particular recipes, I have never had any problem grilling burgers rather than frying them.

Co-incidentally, despite being a confirmed carnivore, I bought two "Cauldron Mushroom Burgers" from Sainsbury's today, and they were absolutely delicious. They saved a lot of hassle making a veggie burger from scratch. They only needed grilling.
