is the van your property or the companies? if the van is owned by the company then i suppose they can do whatever they want with it.
Your van, or the company's van?

thats trackys doc

for chavs

innit ?
reading this and your other post, then work can fit trackers without telling you, but the majority inform their employees so that they are not accused of entrapment, unless you work for a huge company who can employ someone to sit and watch the tracking software then they will generally only be checked if there is an incident or they suspect someone is misusing a vehicle and things like stopping at a shop will be overlooked
yes they can, its their property. they should inform you really but don't have to.

I don't really do much to be afraid of, just nip to the shop for a paper and butty on occasion.
