Yep - got to be organic, pink - but I hope you cooked those things well. Mine are in the oven on a medium heat for at least an hour and a half. Then I know they're cooked through properly, and the meat's tender.

Get a digital thermomoter for meat icey...then you can be certain by checking the internal temp
Got one hun - but I mostly just stick a knife in, and see if there's moisture on it when I take it out again. I also just have "an eye" for when meat's cooked. Luckily, I don't like things rare - or worse - so mine get done properly. If anything's still pink - it goes back again. Dither.
