ahh i get real bad period pains! is there any food or activities <natural, no poppin pills! well only paracetamol etc> that would help to relieve them!?!?

CarolG, my daughter suffers from painful periods.  Could you please post the manufacturer's name of these heated pads (is it J&J?) and product name.  Is there a web address on the packaging?  I have been doing a web search but without success.  We don't live in the UK, so they may not have arrived in the chemists here yet and may have a different name when they do

CarolG I think Lillets ought to pay you commission! I find as most have said, keeping really warm snuggled on the sofa with a big quilt, in comfy old pyjamas, holey socks, with a hot cup of tea and some chocolate. And pillows.

question you should ask yourself is why?  you can't sort something without understanding it.  I get bad period pains and ovulation time.  I have polycystic ovaries, Once you know what is wrong then you can do something properly about it
