In Spain they do a tonic called Nordic Mist, rather than the old schweppes. They do it in blue as well, and that perfectly compliments the Bombay. To my utter joy and delight, one of the bars down the arenal were having a BOGOF offer on Bombay and Nordic Azul!

Mr V. Do treat yourself to a bottle of Hendricks. It's a gin that's infused with cucumber, rose petals and coriander among other things. It doesn't taste weird or anything. It's absolutely divine!
