What is it about "Bad Wolf" in the new Dr Who?

two/three episodes ago, it was daubed on the side of the TARDIS by a wee oik (who washed it off afterwards) and then, it was a call sign in the new episode (with the Dalek).

Anyone know the connection?

It was also mentioned in the third episode by Gwyneth who told Rose, "you have seen the bad wolf".

It has also been announced in Doctor Who Magazine that 'Bad Wolf' is to be the title of episode 12, which up till now has been kept secret. Eps 12 and 13 are rumoured to feature an invasion by you know who...?

are you sure it isnt just the tag that kid was using?

HE tagged tha tardis, and the Doc caught him, then made him scrub it off.
