Freezing

My PC keeps freezing and it`s most annoying as I have to keep restarting what I was doing. (Reading AB mainly) Is there anything I can do to rectify the problem? I know this has been asked before by Abers but then it did`nt apply to me until now.TIA

Hi docspock, The problem starts after only a few minutes so do you think it would have got hot by then?

when the computer freezes press the alt+ctrl+del tabs and than select the task manager

in the task manager select the processes ans end task these process.
delete the temp and prefetch files from the computer.

download and installed the anti spy ware and Trojan remover
from the internet and scan with these software's
