Same as heathfield a good non stick saucepan. I have just bought a new one as my old one was beginning to wear out and food was sticking. Now all I need to do is rinse new one under the tap. Magic.
You won't need to do any of the above if you cook them properly.
Heat a fair amount of butter in the pan on a gentle heat. Put the eggs in the pan and turn down the heat slightly and keep stirring, even taking the pan off the heat for a few seconds to stir.
Serve immediatley.
Follow that and you should have minimal egg sticking to your pan if infact any!
if you are cooking anything eggy or milky, you should rinse your pan with cold water first. It makes it easier to clean after. (The detergent thing will work though.)
