Witness Signatures
Hi there,
If a document is written by Party A declaring that Party B is liable for xyz. What if the witness signature for the signing of Party A and B is a relative of Party A, does that make it valid or is it irrelevant e.g. Business is owned by Party A, Party A are husband and wife or brother and sister.
Basically should the witness signature be seperate from both A and B.
Thoughts on this appreciate even if it can't be answered.
