Why all the fuss about North Korea having capabilities of delivering nuclear missiles when Britain and America roam the world with subs that could annhialate the world. I am not on the side of these people, but who in the world decided that they should not have the freedom to develop what ever they wanted even if they are not liked?
I'm no expert on this razman, but because of Korean dictatorships, there's nothing to suggest that an unstable ruler with nuclear missiles wouldn't use them on a whim. This goes for some other places as well, but I'd imagine that Korea is just one place where, considering the structure of rule, it's seen as a potential threat, even to neighbouring countries.
... And, it should be noted that news organizations reported several "sightseers" in the launch audience, including a large contingent of Iranians. It's pretty obvious the North Koreans are probably more interested in the market for their product than actual use of it themselves...
Specifically UN security council resolution 1718
Acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, and taking measures under its Article 41,
...
2. Demands that the DPRK not conduct any further nuclear test or launch of a ballistic missile..."
Who decided? Why, the people that already have a nuclear deterrent, that's who! Don't do as we do,do as we say ! Arms dealers will sell to anyone who has the money, perhaps we should be addressing that issue first. best wishes,Paul.
