Do some people come on and type a really inflamatory answer to a thread that when challenged...... they are nowhere to be found, I'm not talking just about something I may have posted, although it has happened a couple of times, but when you go through the sometimes, very interesting stuff, there they are, when I refer to inflamatory, I don't mean answers that have their own depth, debate is good, you can take on board each persons point of view, no, I mean the downright rude and belligerent answers..... I wonder if these people trawl and just type "nasties" then go on their sad little way...lol

Hi I have been on here nearly 4 years and it was bad then .Chatterbank was closed due to these arguments for well over a year maybe more.These arguments involved threatening posts as some AB'S were foolish enough to say where they worked and lived. Yes I agree it is so annoying when you want information and someone that just trolls through these sites comes back with an ignorant reply. It will never stop as people just sit there with nothing better to do. The longer you are on here you will know and you will also know when they have been banned and come back with a different name they just can't help them selves. I don't often retaliate and certainly don't join them.But I do have to say my peace sometimes lol. as you know. I have learned lots from these various posts.

Yep, I have too, I can take it on the chin np, sarcasm I tend to laugh at, prone to a bit of that meself!!!!

Joy11, you have said exactly what I have been thinking about some posters on here - I find it is a bit of 'the old pals act' - some people can get away with saying anything they like and others get shot down.

I have been at the receiving end of this - some posters just twist what you have said and turn it into an argument .

I always thank people who have answered my questions and have had some positive feedback - in fact I am wary of giving my opinion on some subjects.

I enjoy the joke section - it always makes me laugh.

I would say there are a lot who have to much time on their hands and it must be those who turn a valid point into a sordid argument, don't be bothered about posting, I will back you even if you are wrong...tee-hee, take care
