Craft - it was a receptionist at my surgery. They shouldn't give out test results if they are not medically qualified. Then the doc rang me back, and when I asked for the results of my tests, he told me that I should be speaking to the doctor I saw last Wednesday. I thought, WTF are you ringing me to tell me that?
