ok so on my bottom lip I have a cluster of funny feeling little spots which I think will inevitably turn into a cold sore. I dont have access to any pharmacies or anywhere. Is there any recomendation what I can do to minimise the cold sore?

Put toothpaste on it or ask your new wife if you can borrow some of her perfume and dab some of that on the cold sore.

Put perfume (scent) on your lip. Perfume contains alcohol and will kill the bugs in the skin. Honest.
