my wife is around 4 months (not exactly sure about this) pregnant and she is worried about the baby not been big enough as she isnt really showing at all. is this normal as she is really thin?

What happened to the girl you wanted to have unprotected sex with after you'd had all the tests for HIV and wasn't worried if she got pregnant ?
