i realize that may be a virus cause this problem. It won't
allow me as a administrator. But i can perform add/remove program. But after a pc shutdown the status of the system is changed. It
doesn't allow of to change date & time of the system. I delete my
account & create a new administrator login. But the problem still
continues. If i do the system restore it doesn't restore it. &
another important thing is that it change my settings after i am
shutdown the pc..for eg. If i am cut a folder from desktop & paste it
into the d drive. After shutdown the pc,i note that it again in the
desktop not in the d drive. Please find the solution for this..I try xp cd to ormat the oc, but it shows that i need to be an administrator. Please help me......Please reply me as soon as possible........
