need help wording a advert please

hi, I am about to leaflet my local area to advertise my business but I am useless at wording things....can anyone help?

Here's what I need...a brief intro to my company ( glc painting and decorating 10yrs experience , working in the local area at the moment and offering fence stainning service , need to explain how a simple varnish can tidy up the entire area)

you've said pretty well what needs to be said. Most leaflets through my door just say something like

PAINTING... Decorating

Experienced painter now working in your area.

Specialises in fence staining - just find out how an inexpensive varnish can brighten up your whole property!

[I'd make a point of 'inexpensive' - these days people are likely to be putting off home jobs to save money, so they'll need reassuring it won't break the bank]
