advice on what should i do please ???

iam attracted to a girl in my college that is a year younger than iam.I havent spoken to her at all cause our timings/places of attendance/subjects are totally different.I get to see her by chance 2 or 3 times a month when going to class or coming out for a few seconds. I have a friend thats in her same year and knows her.Is it a good idea of teling him to tell her that iamattracted to her and want to get to know her.my question is..do u think its a good idea or i'll look stupid????is it better for my friend to tell her or his girlfriend to tell her as shes in the same class with her??? the thing is that i dont go to college that often coz i have other work to do n i dont know and dont like the idea of just trying to start up any conversation when i meet her by chance
..i just dont like doing so...cause i feel like an idiot!!

yeah! Get this moving! lol! Get your friends girlfriend to tell her. If you're not there that often, you might as well go for it!
