Themed party - 1970's sounds
Hi. Thinking of having a 70's/80's themed party and need some good toonz. Cheesy is no problem! :) My own youth was in 60s and 70s and my taste in music was quite varied. Examples I have already found include The Dooleys- Love of my Life (just rediscovered them, remembered that I was SO in love with Kathy!), Pickettywich- Same old Feeling, Lee Garrett- Your'e my Everything, Alicia Bridges- I love the Nightlife, OC Smith- Together, Marvin Gaye Tammi Terrell- Aint Nothing Like the Real Thing. Get the idea? I need lots of suggestions especially the more obscure and forgotten ones and one hit wonders.
Thanks.
Steve

Yes spent all afternoon on YouTube, lost in the 70's! Oh for a time machine. My childhood couldn't have been so bad with music like this around. Don't you forget just how good some of them were? You can almost overlook the fashions of that decade - ok, almost!
Thanks spudqueen, never in a million years would have thought of Jackie!!!
