I would claim for several research trips to Antigua, Jamaica and Barbados, and probably one or two claims would go in for the odd Gucci handbag and a D&G watch or two, all legitimate claims I am sure!!!

What would you consider an outrageous expense claim (but still legitimate and within the guidelines of course lol)

I`d visit my local pub and bookies and offer people free beer and bets then claim beer and betting expenses

At least if I`m found out I`d still get the support of the locals

I agree, and every penny they pay back should be paid back with interest added, as if the government had kept the money and invested it they would have seen an increase through interest added, so these swines have lost us money on top of stealing it.

Take them to the tower, off with their heads/

most trips to Antigua would be paid for by someone else, so the ethical question there is whether they declare them in the list of MPs' interests

knobby I didn't really mean I was an MP and I didn't really mean I would charge the trips to Antigua etc as legitimate expenses! Sorry if I somehow gave the impression i was trying to impersonate a member of HM Government, It was only meant as a light hearted post, i did not realise you would take it so seriously, I shall remember in future that you do not find it funny to mock our MPs. : )

I have reported your abusive response to the ed, see if he finds you as funny as everyone else must.
