The concert....was anybody at the Milton Keynes Bowl on 2nd October 1982 to witness this great spectacle. It was MARVELLOUS !!!!!!

Shall I take that as a no then. It was THE reunion concert of Genesis, Peter Gabriel and Steve Hackett. Definitely remember not being the only one there gettin **** wet thru !!!!

I wasn't at the gig, more's the pity, but I was at MKC station the morning after - the trail of mud hd to be seen to be believed.

I saw Genesis back in 1980 at Knebworth. I think it was 1980 - the end of the 70's & the beginning of the 80's was all a bit of a blur quite honestly....

I saw them at Knebworth too Salla, but Peter Gabriel was the big draw at the time. Seen him since but not as good.
You shudda bin there Mushroom, pall bearers came onto the stage carrying a coffin (obviously) out of which Peter Gabriel climbed, the symbolism was unmistakable and the atmosphere was tangible.
