Undisclosed Recipients

We all know it's annoying to received e-mails with dozens of other addresses on and using "undisclosed recipients" is the best idea. What I would like to do is create a "block" of regular addresses I send to so that I don't have to individually enter each one in the bcc window.....i.e. enter "undisclosed recipients" in the "To" box and just one click to enter all my required addresses in bcc.......OK Guys....can it be done???

Depending on what mail software you use just setup a group or distribution list and put the group or list name in the BCC field when you come to send the mail.

Mails sent to multiple addresses using the BCC field are more likely to be filtered out as junk by spam filters though.

In OE click on the tools menu and select address book. when you address book come up click new and select new group.

Give the group a name, add some people to the group, then when you come to send the mail just put the group name in the BCC field

When I get an e-mail that I want to pass on I select forward & then I highlight all of the addresses previously sent,press delete & lose them all & then type all that I am forwarding to & then press send.The e-mail is then going from me without a load of other addresses on it.
