Help Please

When I switch on my computer , Windows does not load up and the following message is displayed

Safe mode with networking
Safe mode with comment prompt

Last known good configuration ( your most recent settings that worked )

Start windows normally

Use up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice

Seconds until windows start .

No matter what option I choose - it still comes back with the same page
