Golf: 8 players, 3 days and two fourballs per day.
Need to combine 8 players into 3 days (2x four balls per day), so everybody plays with everybody at least once, and no more than twice!

Can it be done?

Try this:-

Day 1 - Match 1 = ABCD, Match 2 = EFGH
Day 2 - Match 1 = ABGH, Match 2 = EFCG
Day 3 - Match 1 = ADEG, Match 2 = BCFH

I could be wrong.
