Advice needed please.... We land at heathrow Terminal 5 in January at 5am from Hong Kong. There is a National Express at 7am. Is this enough leeway time to definitely book the 7am coach please?? Thanks Lydia

If the flight is on time, 2 hours should be fine if you hold UK (or EU) passports. However, Heathrow is busy at that time with long hauls coming in. Last week I was 20 minutes late landing, plus 20 minutes waiting for a gate (at T3). Once we were off the plane, I was out of the terminal in 40 minutes.
How long is a piece of string? Your plane may be early, in which case you should have plenty of time to catch the coach, or it could be late. Then how long will it take for your luggage to arrive at the carousel? Last year at Manchester it was already going round by the time we'd got through passport control, the year before we had to wait 40 minutes for it.
