Bloated stomach
3 Answers
After doing regular sit ups for a few weeks now, the opposite result has occured than what I wanted! My stomach now feels more bloated. I know that this can happen if you don't do the sit ups right, and it looks like i obviously wasn't!! How can i get them back to normal?! Is it to do with how & when you breathe when you are doing the sit ups? Please help - i go on holiday in two weeks!!!!

Choose a spot on the ceiling and fix your eyes on it as you sit up, don't sit all the way up as you will get no extra benefit from this, an angle of about 45 degrees is enough.
As already stated you need to combine exercise with the correct diet to burn fat. Cut out carbs, eat plenty of fruit, rehydrate while exercising and eat lots of small meals instead of 2 or 3 large ones.
