MP4 problem

I have a brand new MP4 player and downloaded an MP4 video file from the internet into it, but the MP4 player then said "Cannot access, file not supported". Any suggestions? Thanks.

mp4 is a standard that uses many different codecs

so just because it says mp4 it doesn't mean you'll be able to play it

you need to recode it with something that supports your player
