There are more vowels in the above, so perhaps

less consonant(s)

I had explored that idea but it doesn't work for CONGO and NEW ZEALAND

I counted them altogether,
24 vowels and 22 consonates.

If you include the word 'and' (from and India)
there is the same number of each:- 26
