I have taken a video of my friends wedding, how do I overlap the frames instead of them halting, I obviously had to keep turning the camera off, but when I play it back this is what happens, will I have to use a editing tool and if so which one.

he codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.

The file D:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again.

D:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.VOB could not be imported. Unspecified error

Hellooooo Joy! Pleased to see ya, lass!

Sorry, can't help with your Q, and it's only a flying visit (must dash) but just wanted to say a quick hello and hope you're keeping well. xxx

OK, this is going to get a little trickier.

you have an actual proper DVD (in the same format as you'd buy a DVD) so you are going to have to RIP the DVD first, then edit it, and then make it back into a DVD

dvd shrink will rip the disk into a format that WMM will open

You can use Windows Movie make to edit this Video.

But it is risky to work yourself since you are not a computer expert so it will be better to to contact any designer or visit photo studio where they will charge you and will do the job very carefully.
