if i take someones car but they give me the key to it previously as it was signed to me in a agreement if they failed to pay me some money is it legal or illeagal please reply as i am not getting anywhere thank you

it's not yours unless you have it registered in your name on a V5 form from the DVLA.

WIf they have given you the key then maybe they'd also sign teh DVLC tranfer form.
You need to make sure you are insured to drive it and that there is no outstanding credit on the car or you'll become liable for that too.
