what rights do i HAVE FOR RETURNING A SACONDHAND CAR
Hi, I recently bought a car and have had problems from day one. I was told I had 28 days warranty on the vehicle, The cars been getting fixed for two and a half days now and I,ve had the car 10 days in total. Can anyone tell me if I have the right to return this vehicle before 14 days as I,ve only done 50 odd miles in the car too. Also the brakes were not very good and I wondered if anyone knows if they are responsible for fixing them too. Thanks. Answers asap please..

On the otherhand if it's more serious than just brakes or disks, the warranty may cover it. Generally you won't be able to return a car, and if you want warranty work get in touch with the dealer as they will not just take a look at your receipts and refund the costs... (I'm assuming it was purchased through a dealer as it's not often you get a warranty from a private seller).
