I recall that at the time radio 1/TOTP were reluctant to refer to the suicide references so maybe the record was given a dual title.

thanks getting there i had the ballard of john and yoko, space oddity, bohemian rhapsody and annies song. Its a question asked on a advert on radio for B T it says bohemiam rhapsody made it to no1 twice there are seven with ketchum song, unchained melody and importance of being idle that should do it thanks kevin
