When I was at the airport the other day, I saw a booklet with puzzles, very much like Suduku but you needed to do additions etc It started with an 's'. Can anyone help me?

If you've been following the Times Online and gave up when the Killers stopped appearing, then you might like to know they're back (but you'll need a recent browser, otherwise the puzzles don't render correctly).
I can heartily recommend KenKen (also in the Times) as well; they're only six-by-six in size but they've got the same sub-problems as their "fiendish" level Sudoku and their "deadly" Killers.

Squarebear/foxyface,
As well as the small-box totals you are given in a Killer puzzle, you will (spoiler alert) need to take the rows/columns/blocks having a total of 45 into account as well. All the other rules from classic sudoku come into play as the difficulty increases, with the addition of having to solve "this box/these boxes total <x> more than this box/these boxes".
