To make my neighbours go to bed? They are in their garden, and it looks like they're having an all-nighter..

There's no point in my going to bed whilst they are are up.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated...

I do have a rather long hose in the garden. Maybe the hedge could do with a drop of water... ;-)

Perhaps if you shout out about your long hose, all will immediately turn silent - before you're deluged by knocks at your door!!!!
