You are partly right. Before Tobin was charged, the media were not allowed to report his conviction for the Angelika Kluk murder or show his photograph, although it was easy to find the information from news archives. Now that he has been charged, his image and previous conviction are being reported.

RE Jeanette Tate,

No- one knows what happened to her, it is very strange as the country lane she disapeared was open land, jeanette vanished around a corner, two school friends were close behind, found the bike, wheel still spinning, newspapers scattered along the ground.
there was no sound/sighting of any vehicle in the vecinity.
There is no bushes or tree's near the scene to conceal anyone or anything, it was if a UFO beamed her into space.
Jeanette would not of run away she was due to collect her wage from her paper round the same day.
Her father apparently admitted to sexually abusing Jeanette so do not feel to sorry for him.
Make what you will of that information.
