Water infection?

i have been suffering lately from numerous water infections, they got so bad i dreaded going to the toilet to know that i would be returning again witin a couple of minutes. i constantly feel the urge to urine now even when i have just been and i feel so dehydrated. whats the problem?

And I always work on the assumption that other people with the same problem might be doing a search on the topic and looking for help.
* saxy_jag - yeah, it's true what I said about cranberry juice. I actually work in healthcare and have heard countless doctors mention cranberry juice, when they shouldn't be. If you can stomach the bitter unsweetened juice then it works.
* And for the person who mentioned the sachets don't clear the infection, you're technically right, they don't, but they do make your pee alkali enough that it doesn't make you want to scream when you go to the loo so that your body can do what comes naturally and flush out the bugs.
