nope. In fact in our company's terms and conditions all returns are at the expense of the sender; this may be reimbursed should a fault be found but usually isn't.
Terms and conditions are your key - note that even if a company trades in the UK and are bound by UK law, sometimes the terms and conditions have to be agreed to before a sale and may be subject to the law of another jurisdiction (in our case the laws a particular US State as that's where head office is)
