Asthmatic cat

Frankie is aged 4 and about 6 weeks ago started coughing and wheezing. He got injections of both antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and after a week seemed much much better.

He has started wheezing again and is due to see the vet on Monday. He is well, begging for food, eating food - a little quiet but nothing alarming.

Last time the vet mentioned that asthma was a likely diagnosis.

Has anybody had experience of dealing with an asthmatic cat. I am hopeful that he will just get monthly anti inflammatory injections.

I panic when my babies are ill - and I am so glad that they are insured.
