You could make wraps instead, if you buy a pack of soft tortillas.

Try toasting your sandwich, or making a rice or pasta salad (with curry powder, mayonnaise etc). Or if you have access to microwave, Heinz Big Soup is lovely, and mini pizzas always go down well
