Sky Box not working

After a night of thunder and lightning and torrential rain ( no electric cut out) my sky box is not showing any progs. It says no signal so I guesss the box is Ok, and I've tried rebooting many times but to no effect. Any suggestions and/or hints please, am desperate! Thank you

Have you checked your Dish, LNB and cabling to make sure everything is ok. Have you done a Re-Scan of Sky Box ? Pull out Card and re-insert as funny things happen with the Electrics at times !

I've done the card thing, and unplugged it for a while, but the dish and cabling with have to wait for hubby as I'm not getting on the roof! Many thanks
