Overdosing?

My friend is going through the menopause and is taking Black Cohosh, Vitamin B6 and tablets from Holland and Barrett for hair, nails and skin.
She has been waking in the mornings with headaches and has been having vivid dreams which she has never had before. She has also been drinking a lot of water.
Could the mixture of these pills be causing side effects? She is very overweight and the need to drink has me wondering if she has become diabetic.
Is there anyone who can give an opinion on this?

Right.....so far....woman, overweight, headaches, drinks a lot of water, menopausal (bet she smokes) adds up to someone who needs medical evaluation.

Two things come to mind:

a) Hypertension (Blood pressure elevated)
b) Diabetes.........mellitis or insipidus

Go to your GP.....no big deal at the moment, but if you do not seek medical help then it might develop into a big deal.

Thanks SQAD. Sadly my friend (age 50) prefers H&B to her GP for health advice and keeps their profits up with her purchases. She is not a smoker but is menopausal, asthmatic and a compulsive eater. She hates going to her doctor as she is always advised to lose weight and for some weird reason is suspicious of prescription drugs.
I love her to bits as she is a great friend but I have real worries about her health.
