Excel Auto Calculating Dates + Delay

OK, new excel challenge...

I have a cell with a date in. Say A1, date being 01/01/2009.
I want cell A2 to auto-fill in with a date 15 days after the date given in cell A1 (working days excl bank hols). I also need to do a similar thing later on, with a 6 week time-frame.

I vaguely know about codes for dates and WORKDAY function, but cannot suss out the finer details of this formula...

I think you need to look at NETWORKDAYS and you will need to create alist of non-working days such as bank holidays etc
