Bowling the ball from the side of the wicket that puts the bowler's bowling hand farther from the wicket
ROUND the wicket means that the bowler's bowling arm is furthest from the wicket
on delivery. The alternative is OVER the wicket- meaning his bowling arm is nearest the wicket, ie
his arm goes over the wicket on delivery
