Dyson Vacuum Cleaner

I have had deposits of brown lubricating grease left on various parts of my plain carpets from a Dyson vacuum cleaner.  I actually  witnessed this happening after an extra large blob.  Previously I had been blaming my poor hubby as I knew I wasn't resposible.  Anybody else had a similar complaint?

No but I'd take it straight back to the shop and don't be fobbed off.

Thanks Sue. I am in touch with Dyson at the moment. I always go straight to the manufacturers, never the shop, although I know about "the contract is with the shop" bit and I always persevere which in the end has always brought results. I do think lots of people are fobbed off at the first hurdle and go away.

I'm not normally a complainer, but honestly, one always seems to have something to complain about  these days and it's so easy to e.mail these Companies! Trish.
