Horror Film/Tv Episode?

Hi, i have a snippet of a memory from the early to mid 1980's of a film or possibly a Tv Episode. There are two things i remember. The first is some children hiding behind gravestones in the daytime, suspiciously spying on someone they think maybe a vampire (Possibly Christopher Lee). The second thing i remember is the last scene. One of the young lads goes home at night and says goodnight to his mum who is sitting on the stairs. The camera closes in on her as she smiles revealing a set of vampire teeth. Any ideas?

It may of been an even older film than that, as i was only around 12 or 13 at the time i saw it in the early to mid eighty's.
