Mine was a bullnose Morris cowley with a dicky seat behind the front seats. A great bird puller!!

Mine was a Ford Anglia - but had the shape of a Ford Popular - Black - it only had 3 gears and you had to double declutch everytime you changed gear. It was a bloody nightmare. It cost £50.00 - my Dad bought it for me and said you should never have a new car when first passing your test. I absolutely hated it. Mind you it was built like a tank and when someone hit me up the ar$e at the traffic lights, my car had not a mark on it and his car was all dented at the front. ha ha

Den, i remember that shape Anglia, used to have a 1172 cc side valve engine if my memory serves me.

My first car was a Fiat 850 colour white. everyone called it a matchbox on wheels but i loved it.
Even when the snow was thick and deep it would start first time . Very reliable

The only problem was that it was very rusty, it had a hole in the bottom of the front drivers side.
so in the end i had to get rid of it
