cooking bacon in the oven

i need to cook some bacon in the oven, on gas mark 6 (because i need to use both ovens, so the grill is not available).... how long would it take to go crispy?

Time in the oven will be very variable, depending on the bacon you're using. Dry-cure butcher's streaky bacon will work best, but some supermarket bacon is so full of brine and nitrites that it'lll never really crisp well. It shouldn't take long to experiment with whatever bacon you're going to use - around 15 mins in a pre-heated oven.
