im eighteen and was recently offered the cervirax immunisation programme, i went through with it and had my first dose of the injection approximately seven weeks ago. For the past couple of weeks i have had discomfort in my lower abdomen and a vague feeling of nausea. i am now not sure whether or not to continue the course and whether these sensations are possible side effects to the injection?

Are you sure you aren't pregnant?
As far as I know any side effects of the injection are limited to pain and swelling at the injection site that might last a day or two. There has been no mention of abdominal discomfort and nausea lasting weeks in all the information I have read.
Hi honeypot123,
Governments all around the world want us all to be taking injections a few times a year for illnesses we have never had. Many people put this down to corporate businesses wanting big profits from these injections. Others take a more cynical view that the injections are more harmful to the immune system.
I personally have more questions than answers but my advice would be to quit while you’re ahead especially if you body is telling you to not do that again.
It’s one of those questions that no one really has a clue so go with your instinct or better still google or youtube it!

The link attached is of an other type of injection but I hope you get the general idea.
Best wishes!

If you're concerned about the discomfort and nausea see your GP. It doesn't sound as if it is anything to do with your injection and I would continue with the course if I were you as it can provide you with protection against what is potentially a devastating illness. Don't listen to the conspiracy theorists and see a professional who can put your mind at ease x
