Firewall and anti virus

Daft question but I need to install new firewall and anti virus which one do I install first and would I need to install what I have at the moment?

You should only have ONE firewall and ONE AV product running at a time.

So uninstall any firewall and AV that you have already installed and reboot.

Then install your new firewall and AV software, either one first it does not matter.
(there is a Windows firewall and you CANT uninstall that, but it will turn itself off when you install another firewall)

Consider some spyware / malware software as well.
