So, Chinese people generally have black hair, olive skin, black eyes, short noses, and so on, and therefore look quite similar iin a general sense.

Apply that logic to Indian women, they often have aqauline noses, full lips, large eyes, long black hair, and beautiful teeth, and that again is a template that applies to a lot of individuals which makes them resemble each other.

That is the morely likely source of the similarity between these two actrresses, rather than a familial link.
